Responisble drinking organisation, Alcohol in Moderation (AIM), is to hold a conference, hosted by the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET), addressing the question "Can you develop product innovation, market creatively and increase sales in a responsible manner?"

Registration for the event begins at 9:15am with the conference commencing at 9:45am.The venue for the Harpers co-sponsored event is the International Wine and Spirit Centre, 39-45 Bermondsey Street, London, SE1 3XF.

WSET chief executive Ian Harris will also speak on the day as will Dr Thomas Stuttaford, The Times' Medical Correspondent, who will be hosting a round table discussion.
