We were delighted to welcome Michael Broadbent MW, described as `the world's most experienced taster' to Berrys' London Shop at No. 3, St James's Street on Friday 23^rd November as he signed copies of his latest book, Michael Broadbent's Pocket Vintage Wine Companion.

 

Mr Broadbent arrived at the shop at 12pm and signed books solidly for 2 hours, smiling and chatting to customers and referring to anecdotes from his long career in the wine trade. 

 

Respected worldwide for his knowledge of fine, old wines, Michael Broadbent MW has over half a century of experience tasting, writing and lecturing about wine.

 

The latest pocket version of his acclaimed Vintage Wine catalogues 50 years of tasting over three centuries of wine, going right back to a review of the 1784 vintage and is a fascinating and enthralling guide to some of the rarest wines in the world.
